Сompresses the scrap by one clamp and two flippers. Two flippers
compress the scrap from horizontal right and left sides. Clamp compresses the scrap vertically. There are 4 levels on the clamp in order to compress the scrap more efficiently. After the compressing scrap reaches a high density before shearing. The compression is done as shown below. The shear cuts the scrap upon the compression. Short stroke program used in operation, increases the production of the machine. Scrap charging to the feeding box is continuous. All compressing and shearing actions run full automatic. No labor force is needed to operate the machine. One labor to feed the machine is enough for the operation.
Compresses the scrap fed by two wings.
After the bale is formed. The pusher ram compresses and pushes the bale through the press box.
The upper compression clamp is standard in all SHARK models. The clamp compresses the bale and increases the density of the bale.
The shear cuts the bale. Short stroke program increases the production of the machine.
All these actions run automatic until all the bale is ejected from the machine.
